Cumprir exig\u00eancias legais e convencionadas em instrumentos coletivos;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4.3. Viabilizar registros relativos e decorrentes do processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vaga de emprego em livros, fichas ou arquivos eletr\u00f4nicos;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4.4. Notificar e viabilizar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de mensagens por meios f\u00edsicos e digitais;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4.5. Viabilizar as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias ao processo seletivo, bem como dilig\u00eancias realizadas pelo controlador, prestadores de servi\u00e7os e consultorias contratadas (operacional, cont\u00e1bil, jur\u00eddica).<br \/>\n<br \/>\n5. FORMA DE ARMAZENAMENTO DOS DADOS PESSOAIS: Os dados pessoais do TITULAR coletados ser\u00e3o armazenados pelo CONTROLADOR, em ambiente f\u00edsico ou digital, observados os segredos comercial e industrial, pelas seguintes dura\u00e7\u00f5es:<br \/>\n<br \/>\n1.1. At\u00e9 10 anos ap\u00f3s submiss\u00e3o do curr\u00edculo ao CONTROLADOR;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n1.2. At\u00e9 que o presente termo seja revogado pelo(a) Titular;<br \/>\n<br \/>\n1.3. Enquanto necess\u00e1rio para atender prazos legais ou regulat\u00f3rios.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n6. COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS: O CONTROLADOR fica autorizado a compartilhar os dados pessoais do(a) TITULAR com outros agentes de tratamento de dados, inclusive \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos, caso seja necess\u00e1rio para as finalidades listadas no presente termo, observados os princ\u00edpios e as garantias estabelecidas pela Lei n\u00ba 13.709\/2018.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n6.1. Os dados fornecidos tamb\u00e9m podem ser compartilhados entre os setores AB&#038;B Engenharia que operam sob o mesmo grau de seguran\u00e7a e privacidade.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n7. SEGURAN\u00c7A DOS DADOS: O CONTROLADOR se responsabiliza pela ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de seguran\u00e7a, t\u00e9cnicas e administrativas aptas a proteger os dados pessoais de acessos n\u00e3o autorizados, e de situa\u00e7\u00f5es acidentais ou il\u00edcitas de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o, perda, altera\u00e7\u00e3o, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ou qualquer forma de tratamento inadequado ou il\u00edcito.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n7.1. Em conformidade ao art. 48 da Lei n\u00ba 13.709, de 2018, o CONTROLADOR comunicar\u00e1 ao(\u00e0) TITULAR e \u00e0 Autoridade Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (ANPD) a ocorr\u00eancia de incidente de seguran\u00e7a que possa acarretar risco ou dano relevante ao(\u00e0) TITULAR.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n8. T\u00c9RMINO DO TRATAMENTO DOS DADOS: O CONTROLADOR poder\u00e1 manter e tratar os dados pessoais do(a) TITULAR durante todo o per\u00edodo em que os mesmos forem pertinentes ao alcance das finalidades listadas no presente termo, sendo que os dados pessoais anonimizados, sem possibilidade de associa\u00e7\u00e3o ao(\u00e0) TITULAR, poder\u00e3o ser mantidos por per\u00edodo indefinido.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n8.1. O(A) TITULAR poder\u00e1 solicitar ao CONTROLADOR, a qualquer momento, por meio de correio eletr\u00f4nico (e-mail) ou por correspond\u00eancia, que sejam eliminados seus dados pessoais n\u00e3o anonimizados.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n8.2. O(A) TITULAR declara estar ciente de que a partir da elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados pessoais, tornar-se-\u00e1 invi\u00e1vel ao CONTROLADOR realizar contato, encaminhar mensagens e correspond\u00eancias.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n9. DIREITOS DO(A) TITULAR: O(A) TITULAR tem direito a obter do CONTROLADOR, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos dados por ele tratados, a qualquer momento, e mediante requisi\u00e7\u00e3o:<br \/>\n<br \/>\na. Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da exist\u00eancia de tratamento;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nb. Acesso aos dados;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nc. Corre\u00e7\u00e3o de dados incompletos, inexatos ou desatualizados;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nd. Anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o, bloqueio ou elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de dados desnecess\u00e1rios, excessivos ou tratados em desconformidade com o disposto na Lei n\u00ba 13.709, de 2018;<br \/>\n<br \/>\ne. Portabilidade dos dados a outro fornecedor de servi\u00e7o ou produto, mediante requisi\u00e7\u00e3o expressa, de acordo com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade nacional, observados os segredos comercial e industrial;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nf. Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados pessoais tratados com o consentimento do(a) Titular, exceto nas hip\u00f3teses previstas no art. 16 da Lei n\u00ba 13.709, de 2018;<br \/>\n<br \/>\ng. Informa\u00e7\u00e3o das entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas com as quais o Controlador realizou uso compartilhado de dados;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nh. Informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a possibilidade de n\u00e3o fornecer consentimento e sobre as consequ\u00eancias da negativa;<br \/>\n<br \/>\ni. Revoga\u00e7\u00e3o do consentimento, nos termos do \u00a7 5\u00ba do art. 8\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 13.709\/2018.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n10.
